Q. Who is Aviation World?
We are North America's premier pilot & aviation enthusiast shop. Founded in 1967 by Len Neath, a recently retired 747 Captain with Air Canada, our business has since outgrown the owner's basement to comprise two 4,000 sq. ft. retail stores, and a growing mail order business. We now stock over 7,000 aviation book titles (the largest selection in North America), a huge selection of collectibles, clothing, pilot supplies, kits & hobby supplies, and much, much more...

Q. Where are you located?
Aviation World currently has two North American locations; one in Toronto and the other in Vancouver.

Q. How can I check on the status of my orders?
We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your past and pending orders. Just click on the “My Account” tab at the top of any page. This will take you to the “Your Account” page, where you can view the status of any order, or view a receipt from a previous order. If you have any concerns regarding the status of an order please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-668-1987 within North America, or 416-674-5959 elsewhere around the world.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
At Aviation World we respect your rights to privacy and confidentiality. Aviation World is a member of The Better Business Bureau and will not provide any customer information to third parties.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.

Q. What is Aviation World’s return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Aviation World, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase to us for an exchange, store credit or a full refund. Software, videos, and textbooks, unless damaged or corrupted, must be returned in the original packaging. Q. What are your shipping rates?
For most purchases we charge a flat rate of $7.50 CDN for shipments within Canada or roughly $10 USD for shipments within the continental United States. OVERweight, UNDERweight or OVERsized items will be priced accordingly, and you will receive an email allowing you to either confirm or reject the new shipping rate. Where possible on UNDERweight items, we will charge less than the quoted rate to save you money.
