Returns/Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Aviation World, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase to us for an exchange, store credit or a full refund. Software, videos, and textbooks, unless damaged or corrupted, must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping rates
For most purchases we charge a standard shipping rate of $10.50 USD for shipments within the continental United States. OVERweight, UNDERweight or OVERsized items will be priced accordingly, and you will receive an email allowing you to either confirm or reject the new shipping rate. Where possible on UNDERweight items, we will charge less than the quoted rate to save you money.
